i think the prob was that i never created a "support profile."

after doing so i was able to ask a q.

before that, every post was discussion.

there is no submit box, it says post message... no option for question.

i can't figure out how to ask a question.

do i have to create the post first and then i'll be given the option of posting it as a question?

you can only mark it as a question when you first post...

here's what i think i know... don't actually have a bass pod... so some of this may not be 100%

1. looks like sound diver was discontinued and there is no editor available

2. no editor...

3. no idea about this one...

i'd love to give you better news... maybe someone that knows more could chime in...

sorry... you are new here and probably didn't realize this...

but if your post is not marked as a question... line6 support will never see it....

they assume its discussion... if you have actual issues for support, please repost and check the mark as a question box.
