ux1 + Pod Farm + Ableton = problems

Most of the time when I try to record with Pod Farm through Ableton, I get really disturbing sounds half of the time. The other half the sound cuts out as if Tremolo with out the effect. I attacted an audio file of my results of recording through Ableton.

Now I'm simply playing a D chord and these are my typicall results. This happens with the any type of recording if it's through Pod Farm vst or simply with Pod Farm running. It doesn't sound like it does in my sample, unless it's through Ableton. It used to work fine until a few weeks ago it just got all weird. Also, if I record through another program like Audacity, its completely fine.

Can anyone help me with what's wrong?
