Mi old account has an email account that i can access anymore. I had reseted the old password so i lost my access password. I have created another one and registered again mi product. It´s the best option?

if you can log into that account, you can change your email address and also remove the gear registration, and register it to your new account if you like.... but like I said, if you can log in, you can change your email, so re-registering your POD shouldn't be necessary...

Sorry but i can´y find the place to solve this problem.

I had to create another account in order to get in contact with line 6. I have a registered product Line 6 Bass PODXT in my account: nachosn i don´t know if i can register the same product for two different users. Because i have reseted my password and the email account is not mine anymore.

any suggestions?

I need to access to my product updates.
