I was using your suggestions and just got done downloading the firmware update .....but then I ran Monkey to install the patch and got a notice to update Monkey to a new version (1.38) ....this new version has fixed our original problem. Go Go Line 6!

Thanks for the good work around idea though, Breep. I will definetly remember in case I need it in the future.

Think I solved it. First download HD 500 Edit not using the monkey but directly from line 6 downloads. Then install HD 500 Edit. This download also includes the new drivers. Then download flash memory also by using L6 downloads instead of the monkey and save it on your PC. Then use monkey to update the flash memory, but use update from file. This will open a window that allows you to browse your files and select the file you just downloaded. Moneky will then update you flash memory Good luck.

Same issue here. I've been trying everything I can think of to fix it for 2 hours now, but I can't figure it out. I've tried it on 2 different computers.

I have tried to download the new drivers and flashmemory for the HD 500 using Monkey. But i keep getting error 403. Even after switching of all firewall, spyware proptection etc. What do I miss?
