Question about upgrading Line 6 audio interface

At the moment I am using a Toneport GX with the latest version of Pod Farm (program not plugin). I am starting to work with others people on different projects and at the moment we use my computer with cubase as the main place to record. I need a audio interface that can accept mics and have phantom power so I am interested in getting a Line 6 POD Studio UX2 as it has everything I need. My question is will I be able to simply stop using the Toneport GX, plug in the Studio UX2 and have Pod Farm run with it? I really hope I do not have to purchase Pod Farm again just because I switched to a different audio interface.
