Pod Farm 2.5 Tones Missing

Hello,

I'm running Pod Farm 2.5 on a Mac with OSX Lion. While organinzing my home folder I found the Line6 folder that had all my tones in it in my Documents folder. I moved it to the Line 6 folder in my Applications, and the next time I started Pod Farm, it couldn't find any of my patches. I tried making another Line6 folder in the Documents folder and copying everything back, but it still didn't come up. Is there any way I can get my tones back into Pod Farm without doing them all manually?
