Has this been figured out? Is it definitely 4.02k resistor? I didn't have that exact resistor value on hand so I tried using a 4.7k and a 4.4k with some crazy weird results.

This is a .05 cent part. I'm not trying to steal trade secrets just fix a simple problem. My pedal is out of warranty and I do not assume that Line 6 will be responsible for anything...

While we can offer you info about the DL4's general product specs here on the support forums, the sort of repair assistance details that you're asking for are not in the scope of what Product Support can offer; this is by Line 6's Company Policies.

This type of information is only available to our Authorized Service Center (ASC) technicians. In addition to schematics, repair support, they are the only entities that can order replacement parts from the company.

I was repairing a solder joint on the actuator contact pad and my solder tip knocked the R32 resistor off.

What do I need to replace it with? Should be something like this:

"4.02K, 1/8 Watt, 1% 1206 surface mount package configuration resistor"
