Yep - but I think you can only do it with PodFarm 2. I have a shortboard MKII and do exactly what you are wanting to do in PF2.

I have the FBV express mkII, so I can use that to control the toneports distortion and other effects?

you can use the FBV MKII or Express MKII these have USB and they can control things.

none of the other non-USB versions will do anything like what you are asking.

Is there any way to use a FBV pedal in conjunction with the toneport? Like as in, when recording with toneport, using the FBV pedal to switch between effects in the toneport?
