      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:bc959194-271b-49bd-ab83-e2867ec3f707] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;That sounds like your unit is faulty.&amp;#160; It should go back to the shop for replacement I think.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You could try a full factory reset as in my reply in your other thread. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Can you check you have the correct Power Supply Unit?&amp;#160; It should be a DC-3G which will work with incoming voltages of between 100v AC and 240v AC and it should output 9v DC at 3 Amps&amp;#160; It should be a 9v DC PSU and NOT a 9v AC PSU 2000mA which is the type supplied with older PODs (PX-2)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you have a 9v AC PSU your supplier has given you the wrong PSU for some reason and that could result in all the symptoms you're seeing plus maybe some more.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Nick&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:bc959194-271b-49bd-ab83-e2867ec3f707] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:792749e0-7877-4003-8d95-a5653523f9ff] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;After the screen failure mentioned in the previous post I made, the POD was still playable for a few minutes and then it stopped producing any sound.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have only received this unit 24 hours ago (along with a DT25) and had been using the line6 link option to try and set up some patches.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Once again, I may have done something wrong. If there are any possible workarounds I would appreciate knowing what they are. I'll try another reset and see if that fixes it...very frustrating to have to travel back to the shop I purchased this from and then have to wait for an exchange (as they only had the one model come in especially for me).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:792749e0-7877-4003-8d95-a5653523f9ff] --&gt;</description>
