Hello friends, I could finally get the board to repair my bogner alchemist, but after a month, has again broken, I claimed in avalanche pro audio, and are sending me another plate, but before you put, I need you please tell me else can be, to do that after a while the plate was again broken, I need your help please, or if I can give you an email so you write to line 6 thank you very much

Hola amigos,finalmente pude conseguir la placa para reparar mi bogner alchemist, pero despues de un mes, se ha vuelto a romper, reclamé en avalanche pro audio, y me estan enviando otra placa,pero antes de colocarla, necesito que porfavor me digan que otra cosa puede ser, que haga que despues de un tiempo la placa se vuelva a romper, necesito de su ayuda porfavor, o si me pueden dar un email para que les escriba a line 6

I think the biggest problem is going to be purchase/shipping to Argentina.

If you have family or friends in the U.S., the chances of an easier solution are increased, since not all U.S. based Authorized Service Centers will sell parts to people who live outside of the U.S.

Perhaps then you can purchase the part (it should be available) through Avalanche Pro Audio via their online order form here: http://avalancheproaudio.com/2801.html

If you purchase the part, be sure to provide a family member or friend's U.S. residential address; the main issue here being that I don't know if Avalanche will ship internationally. Once the part is in the possession of a relative or friend, they can then ship it to Argentina.

Thanks for responding, the alchemist I have brought the USA.

Whith mi local dealer, I have sent many emails, they never responded and the phone never been implemented, should not be on the line 6 website.

Today communicated whit line 6 Chile, I hope you can help me, thanks

Where did you buy the Alchemist amp from?

Also, parts are only available to authorized service centers in your country assigned by the distributor. Have you tried contacting your local distributor:

I'm sorry but I'm not sure I understand you. Are you saying you need a replacement footswitch?

It would seem you can't get a replacement from LIne 6 or Bogner, as I found this document written by LIne 6: http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2476

Hi, I'm a user of the bogner alchemist 112, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Plate is broken in charge of switching the channels, and that has effects.

Do not know how to fix it, the USA. service never answers the phone, and my country is imponsible get the plate, I'm really angry, and not to do, please I need help to get a new board channel switching
