Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble setting up my Line 6 UX2 interface. What I want to do is to put a mic (SM57) on my amp's speaker and run that into the ux2. Then, I want the sound to go into garageband, where I could put on delay and reverb, and eq/mixing and what not. How would I go about doing this? I'm using a MacBook Pro, and my amp hase a headphone/recording out jack.

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm entirely new to this and I have no idea what I'm doing--I just don't want to blow anything up lol. And if you could please explain it in layman's terms that would be great haha.

Thanks in advance,

Adam
