Line 6 only supply parts to authorised service centers. if you can persuade a service center to sell you the parts, then great. otherwise your only option is to have the service center do the work... Others have said how complicated it can be to replace those switches are, as they're sprung loaded, and cren't simple.

I own both an HD500 and M13. Sadly the Tap Tempo Switch on each of them has failed.

I know what needs to be replaced and am competent to replace it.

Where/How do I order replacement parts for the them?
