In that case I would refer the amp to your nearest Authorised Service Centre to get it checked out as it seems to me that you may have a hardware issue

Try performing a factory reset. This may help. Hold down the channel A button as you turn the amp on. You will lose any custom presets you may have made, but hopefully you have backed these up to computer anyway.

Hello everyone,

there is no sound coming out of my amp and I can't switch it to any channel or preset.

All of the lights are on as shown below:

When I press or hold Tap, the Tape Echo and Auto lights turn dim green. I came home from school and this is how it was. No one in my house touched it. Please help me!
