Hi Michael... we spoke on the phone when you called in the other day. In addition to making sure that 9-10 was highlighted in your Ableton Live's Input "show" options, the correct solution was to select 9-10 in the Input drop-down list as Zap mentioned, so +1 to Zap!

you have to select inputs 9/10 or 11/12 to record the processed output.

I just upgraded from the UX2 to the UX8, installed all software, upgraded drivers, etc. and now, I cannot record the processed UX8 signal in Ableton.

The unprocessed signal does record in the left channel only.

The UX2 works like a dream.

Any help would be appreciated.
