The MIDI Implementation for the DT25 has not yet been documented on our site, so at this time, controlling the amp via MIDI is not fully supported. We will be relelasing this data when it becomes available.

I'm not quite understanding what you are trying to do.

Are you sending MIDI Control Change Values according to the MIDI implementation chart in the DT50 User guide?

Is the issue that the G-System uses Program Changes only for certain parameters?

BTW, there is no facility to control EVERY parameter on the amp via MIDI.

Controllable parameters:

Channel A/B Toggle

Channel A Voicing (I, II, III, IV)

Channel A Operation Class Configuration (Class A / Class AB)

Channel A Power Tube Configuration (Pentode/Triode)

Channel A Reverb On/Off

Channel B Voicing (I, II, III, IV)

Channel B Operation Class Configuration (Class A / Class AB)

Channel B Power Tube Configuration (Pentode/Triode)

Channel B Reverb On/Off

Hi,

I recently tried to to control the DT25 via MIDI - as announced by Line6, it should be fully MIDI controllable, right? Now as far as I understand this, it can ONLY be controlled via Controller Changes CC and does not understand Programm Change PC (as the rest of the world).

With a TC Electronics G-System it was not possible to control the DT25. With a GLab GSC-3 I could (sometimes) swap channels, but had mixed results for the rest lime voicing etc.

Does somebody has a hint which MIDI device would be the right one to use with the DT25? Best would of course be, if I could control ALL PARAMETERS, so not only analog components but also equilizer, gain control etc.

And yes, I asked already the support here and did not have a response...
