I tried cleaning the white disc and two sensors with a paper towel as described: now it registers a minimum of 24. This indicates to me that the cleaning may have slightly improved it, but not solved it completely.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any recommendations? I could try cleaning more vigorously with a lint-free cloth.
