Thanks - right after I posted this discussion, I stumbled across the instructions. Upgrading to the latest drivers and flash memory gave me the CH1 and CH2 settings. Things seem to be working as expected. Thanks for your help!

Just got my JTX-59, and I'm trying to use the alternate tunings. I hear the altered tuning as well as the standard tuning (I guess through the pickups). I'm also using the VDI connector, with the 1/4 jack, it works as expected. But I have the X# control my Variax for secveral presets. I recall seeing a post where it was explained how to set things up, but I ca't find it. Anone out there able to give me a clue?? Thanks!
