yes, platinum just has extra amp and effects models... basically includes all the model packs.

So, just to be clear. Buying either Pod Farm 2.5 Standard or Platinum, will make Pod Farm 2 work with my TonePort KB37?

the issue is that the license belongs to your UX2 not to you... and as such its only authorized on the UX2.

the kb37 toneport version never came with pod farm 2.0+ (the pod studio version did) so it has no pod farm license.

you would be able to use both at one time with a single license that you purchased... since that license would belong to you...

a license included with hardware belongs to that hardware exclusively and cannot be shared.

if the previous owner had paid for a pod farm 2 license, then they could gift that to you and all your problems would be solved... however if they don't have a license and won't gift it... you'll need to buy it.

Hello,

I would like to ask you to help me with folloving situation:

1) I have bought new Line6 UX2 and I used it with POD Farm 2 - so far everything perfect

2) than I have bought second hand TonePort KB37, everything works fine except POD FARM 2 - it always says "No POD Farm 2 License Found". I understand the procedure of registering, but it seems it can't be done.

It is not possible to register in License Manager - POD FARM never shows under Add-Ons (although I have deauthorized previous device and I also tried to install KB37 + POD Farm 2 to another PC).

Is it possible to use POD Farm 2 with KB37 at all? I understand that licencing policy could be such that I can not use it BOTH under UX2 and KB37. But when I deauthorized UX2, I would expect that I can use KB37, or am I wrong?

Or could be the problem that previous owner of KB37 did not deauthorized this device?
