wht a load of **** spending 200 dollrs on the original product then having o pnd a further 100 to use the full verion is ridicolous i purchased the full version !

After further review of the TonePort UX2 registration, it never had a POD Farm 1 or POD Farm 2 license installed into at the factory. Most likely because the unit was purchased before POD Farm was released.

In this case you will need to purchase a POD Farm 2 software license from our online shop at the link below in order to use POD Farm 2:

Did you register the UX2 to your account? If it is still registered to your buddy's account that may be the problem - the Pod Farm license may be tied to the UX2 hardware.

I just inherited a UX2 from a buddy and I set it up yesterday. I'm on a Mac using the latest version of OSX. I've been a line6 user for years so I was able to quickly download all the needed software and authorize my machine and the hardware itself. In the license manager and on line6.com, everything seems to be recognized and authorized. But when I open up Pod Farm, it will only work in demo mode. Gearbox works well land I was able to import all my old Pod X3 tones over into the new Gearbox User folder. Oh, everything seems all set through Monkey as well.

Should my PodFarm work, or do I need to buy the full version as a standalone upgrade?
