When I roll back to 1.3 the problem goes away. I have an open support ticket and Line 6 is thinking that my HD PRO may be defective, and need to be fixed or replaced. That doesn't make sense to me, since the problem goes away when I roll back the firmware.

Hi, ... hmm I think that your problem might be because your preset main volume is saved at specific level...so when you turn off and on your HD it return at the main lvl....

Try to power the unit set the volume knob the way you want and then save your preset, then check if the problem remains.

Hi people, during the last months I've noticed a strange behaviour of my HD PRO rack,

it doesn't happen always, but often, when I turn on the unit, with a preset previously loaded, the overal volume is Low,(without changing the preset ) if I turn off and then turn on again the unit, the volume is much moore high, why?

my unit is updated correctly to the latest V 1.43 Firmware
