A few more things that I thought of to try. . .

Check in License Manager to make sure that your UX-1 is authorized for POD Farm 2.51.

- if everything is OK there -

In POD Farm 2, go to File -> Preferences -> Hardware Tab and make sure that your UX-1 is selected as the device.

- if there are still problems after that -

You also might want to try installing GearBox 3.72 or PODFarm 1.12 and try it with those to make sure that there isn't a software install or licensing issue.

After all of that, if you can't fix it by turning up the output volume knob or it doesn't work with headphones, then I suggest that your hardware is defective (it HAS been known to happen, although infrequently), and you should return it to the dealer you purchased it from for an exchange.

Since you have tried this on two different computers with the same results, I would suggest that perhaps you have a defective one. You should take it back to where you purchased it, and exchange it for one that works.

Yes. Done authorization. Trying ux on another computer could be difficult and a little pointless. I mean what's the piont of having pod studio if i can't run it on my computer...

Just to be clear: I tried reinstallation few times. Tried using every input (line, microphone) and none is working.

Did you run the Line6 License Manager to authorize your ux (grasping at straws here).

Is the volume turned up on your guitar? (jk)

I know its a huge pain, can you try this on another computer?

When troubling shouting I start with the simple things first. Many users think the sound should come from their computer speakers.

Also, based on your original post, there is know way of knowing technical level with copumters or recording gear.

Just for clarification, when running the newest version of Monkey, do you have green ticks for drivers/firmware, ect...

There are 2 ways to select the input. In Pod Farm or in the Line6 Audio-MIDI device control panel.

In POD Farm, in the mixer view there is a drop down to toggle between Instrument and Mic, I would check there. BTW, if you already know this, I am by no means implying your are an idiot.
