Hi!

I need some help with the lifetime authorizations.

I have had many problems with my computer and have changed mainboard at least 4 times and now the lifetime auth is full???

This was due to multiple authorizations of the same computers. I added more authorization allowances so it should work now.

Hi.

I've got an USB sound card, the Pod Studio UX1 with a free model pack.

In my account I can see this message:

You currently are using 1 out of 4 active devices.

You currently are using 10 out of 10 lifetime devices.

When I try to authorize my computer appears this error:

Unable to authorize your device.

You have reached your limit of total lifetime device authorizations for this account

How can I reset my list of lifetime devices?
