While Line 6 are to be commended for sending it promptly, it again underlines their inability to communicate with their customers. What is the point of leaving you to think that they are not paying attention to you for a couple of weeks when all they needed to do was fire off a quick e-mail of acknowledgement so that you could have spent those 2 weeks feeling good about their customer service? Line 6 really needs to shape up in this regards. Their constant silence on everything is really rather unforgiveable... even though they actually did the right thing in sending you the wrench.
