In addition to this i've followed every step by every query, guide or FAQ on this site and elsewhere on the internet to try and get my device to be recognised but even then the liscene manager or any production software doesn't recognises it even being there plugged in and it's not my USB ports either as they work with everything else. Is the POD itself faulty or is this a connection issue of some sort? Really need help with this guys!

Line 6 Monkey doesn't recognise it and neither does Cubase. The POD lights up when plugged into the computer but I don't know how to add it as a device so that it'll work with POD Farm, Cubase etc. HELP???
