But there are different ways to turn the power on/off. I use a surge-protected&amp;#160; power bar with an on/off switch. My HD500 is connected to the power bar, as is my PA system and mixer, with a copule of spaces left for any other gear I might connect from time to time. Everything goes on/off at once using the power bar switch, protecting the fragile power connector on the HD500.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:e00eac33-0518-4dd3-8bdd-22e5faa4f8f9] --&gt;</description>
