Help with pod hd400! Please help me!

There is something very, very wrong with my pod hd400. I recently got it and it worked out of the box. I installed the drivers and latest firmware from line 6 monkey v1.57. Hd400 edit wouldn't recognize it, even though my computer and line6 monkey do. I reinstalled the firmware and returned it to factory defaults, and now it doesn't even work. It turns on, but the screen is all white. In monkey it says the firmware is 1.01 and the flash memory is 1.31. When I start it up, it says the DPT boot failed, then the screen stays all white and no buttons work. This is EXTREMELY frustrating and I would like to know how to solve this problem. Please help!
