M9 issue with amp's FX Loop - Tone Sucking

Hi all! I am very sad because I’m having an issue with my brand new LINE6 M9.

I only will use modulation effects, delays; reverbs, etc. so I decided to plug my new M9 LINE6 into the effects loop of my Marshall AVT 150H.

When activated a delay for example (or any other effect), the tone of my guitar is changed very drastically, the tone become really bad. I can't really describe it, but the difference is quite laughable, sounds like a bad 15W solid state amp. Everything results worse when using a Overdrive in OD1 or OD2 channel.

Someone can help me. I'm confused; I do not know what I'm doing wrong.

Does it really colour the tone this bad it becomes unplayable? Or have I forgotten about some hidden setting? Or what else?

Right now I seriously begin considering replacing the M13 with analog pedals, but I would love to find another solution instead, it's a very useful pedal to me.

Thanks in advance!

This video shows what happens: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgEkSAOcz_s
