1- If the buzz is bad the frets may need to be leveled, in other words filed then crowned by a professional. You need to find a very good luthier, not just anybody that says they can do it...

2-Not sure about the piezos. Have you tried polishing them carefully? Perhaps some jewelery cleaner/polish? If you can get them buffed back, I would put a little oil (very little) on them and wipe off to keep the salt and moisture from your hand from corroding them. Line 6 should be able to sell you some new ones, and the current ones might even be covered under warranty.

3-Have you looked at the back of the headstock? That is where my serial number is located.

I would contact L6 about these issues if you cannot get satifactory answers here.

Good luck!

Hi. I have a JTV69-US.

I have a few questions and need some help.

1 . My low E string buzzes. Not too badly but it does buzz. My guitar tutor says that the trussrod dosent need adjusting as the fretboard is dead straight. The Action was low. We raised the action. Less buzz but still buzz. Any suggestions?

2. The Pezios seem to be wearing away. I never noticed before but I can clearly see what looks like corrosion or rust almost. I think its where my hand rests and rubs abit. I often rest my hand on the bridge. Can I get some replacment peizos from Line 6. They arnt causing any audiable changes but it dosent look nice

3... I bought my JTV from Guitar Guitar .co.uk and I looked to getting my Guitar registered and I cannot find the serial number on it anywhere. It wasnt in the case (Which I recieved locked with no extra key) and Its not inside the battery area or anywhere.. Please help because I spent alot of money on this guitar and if I need to get the guitar repaired the lack of serial number will most surely mean I cannot get it sent off officialy?

Anyways. Thanks in advance. Ive posted something like this afew weeks ago but I got no replies from anyone

Cheers!

Arron.
