Hi,

I seem to have an issue with my looper when all the effects are bypassed. Basically when the pedal is first turned on, the guitar volume is really low, but if i use the tuner and then go back to guitar, the volume is much louder and clearer.

*What I have tried so far

1. Factory Reset

2. Updating Firmware / Reinstalling

Aside from those I've tried messing with the pedals settings but no luck. Just to make it clear, the problem/workaround I've found is this:

*Step by step

1. Turn on pedal

2. Bypass effects

(At this point volume is very quiet)

4. Turn on tuner

5. Turn off tuner

(Volume is clear and loud)

I'd really appreciate any help on the problem and thanks in advance
