Their response to the problem was, "We'll replace the unit. My ears are practically bleeding from the static blast I got about 10 minutes into using it. I also noticed that instead of a green check on the flash memory I have a grey question mark and when I highlight that selection the monkey tells me the unit has to be connected via usb. Is this a known issue?
