No Pod Farm 2 License found!!

Hey guys,

since I don't seem to get any responses to my last thread, I'll give it another shot in here.

About one year ago I bought the package consisting of the Line 6 UX 2 and Pod Farm, with which I've been able to work successfully in Reaper.

Now some days ago, I decided to go one step further and purchased a new interface, an M Audio Fast Track Pro that came together with Pro Tools 9. I had no problems setting up those two, thanks to the fact that the two of them are matched ex works. Yet once I tried to start Pod Farm (no matter if started as stand alone or as a plugin in both Pro Tools and Reaper) a window popped up, stating that there was no Pod Farm 2 License found. Running the license manager in a next step proved that my device was authorized, but that did not solve the problem. In the following I tried everything from checking the latest updates with Line 6 monkey up to re-installing everything, still no difference.

I've spent the last day and night browsing through this forum, and from what I've read it seems that I am indeed having a serious problem with my license for Pod Farm 2. The crux of the matter seems to be that I acquired Pod Farm in a bundle together with the Line 6 UX 2 interface and as it appears, it's the interface that holds the license, and not me?! Consequently, I'd have to buy another full license for Pod Farm to be able to work without the original UX 2, which would mean another spending of 299$ - heavy money for a student like me.

My question for you guys: Am I correctly informed with the information above, or am I subjected to some serious misunderstanding?

Any help and advice from you is greatly appreciated.

Best, Fabian
