FYI: Cracked it open, looks like the tech to do the work on it last forgot to reseat all the connections. Reseated and working!

Nodody has any idea on this? Why would the effects (obviusly something with the solid state side), not work or lights etc?

Ok has anyone taken one of these apart? I called support but was on hold for 40 mins and was still #3 in line.. is there only 1 guy working the help desk?

So, my wifes school has the Spider Valve 112 Bogner (I have it now to play with) and they just had the speaker (celestian classic g12) and input jack were replaced. Now the only thing that works is the master volume possibly the presence too, no lights no effects no other knobs work. Has anyone else had this?? and what could the possible causes be? I don't want to crack this open yet, before I do a bit of research.

Is there a schematic or design document for the amp?
