Several things seem to change after the update but nothing major. Recalibrating the expression pedal is something you have to do. Be sure and store all your patches in your computer so you can load them in after the update is finished.Setting and comparing patch levels is fairly easy using the editor. Also using mid- range to make lead patches sound bigger is important. That great sound you create at home through your amp can fall apart real fast when the drummer -bass player and keyboard player start playing. I set my mid-range eq to where it just starts to sound unpleasant when I am playing by myself and I have no trouble being heard when I play live. Good Luck!

Hi experts,

As the title says,

presets had volume output imbalance after POD HD300 v2.01 update.

After the flash memory update, I checked the new presets and also the existing ones, then I noticed that most of the presets had their volume output lessened, While some became louder.

Why did this happened? I just followed the update steps.

Now, I need to adjust my volume knobs whenever u run through the presets.

Is there a way to fix this?
