that's exactly what this update does...

you can change all of the voicings to any of the pre-amp models available in the pod HD's...

along with many other parameters... mix and match power amps etc...

I read, that someone had got the TouchOSC work using iPad+Midi cable+iPad camera connection kit. Now i have this setup too, but TouchOSC says, it doesn't recognize this device. Any advice?

FYI - I have the Firestudio firewire interface hooked up to my imac and was able to use that as a midi interface to do the HD25 upgrade no problem.

Thanks for the advice, I know it's not that common, but to have 4 'patches' or channels would be a bonus

you'd get the same pops and clicks you do now... since you have relays etc re-wiring the amp internally...

i really wouldn't do what you are trying to do... it's not exactly a "patch"

you're talking about changing amps mid song... not really common... you can change amp channels commonly...

but far more simply with an a/b footswitch.

do what works for you clearly... i just don't think that your efforts here would be worth it to me...

There are a few controllers out there that will send 8 cc's at once which I'm sure would work in theory, but not sure how well it will work in practice, am I likely to get a big delay or loads of noise when changing 'patches' Would have been nice if you could save a patch on the DT inluding all the gain, tone settings. Some of us are never happy

You might be able to, but you need to make sure the midi pedal can send the correct signals to do what you want.

Just installed the V 2.0 firmware and was thinking about using a midi pedal that can send a bunch of CC messages to allow me to simoultainiously change models, tone, gain etc. Is this a good idea, or am I missing something?
