FBV Shortboard MKII compatibility with POD HD Pro

Hello,

I'm curious if the FBV Shortboard MKII is 100% compatible with the POD HD Pro. Currently, I'm using the FBV Shortboard (not in production anymore), and it works, but there is a slight lag when switching between presets (sound cuts out for a fraction of a second). This becomes a problem when presets change in the middle of a song. I assume that hopefully this is just a compatibility problem, and if I bought an MKII it wouldn't happen, but does anyone use an MKII with the POD HD Pro and have any insight on this? Thanks!
