All of the factory presets work fine unless i try to shut the amp model off, I am trying to make a acoustic patch with no amp model, just EQ only and I can't do to this problem. I have reinstalled the lastest firmware and did the mandatory global reset, but still no luck. Does anyone know what the problem is?
