I keep trying so make a ticket but when I go to that screen I get error 404 ... wierd.

Sorry to hear about your trouble during a gig. That's a tough situation to be in.

I've read about another person here who had problems with the strings being to close to the edges of his 69's fretboard. He sent his guitar in and got it fixed (got a new guitar, if I remember correctly).

From what I've read, the electronics are the same in the Korean and US guitars. You might be better off with a back up Korean guitar in this case. There's currently a $200 instant rebate at the major online retailers and probably Guitar Center. Musician's Friend even has 17 JTV-69's about $200 less than that but I'd be cautious about getting a guitar like this without a warranty.

I have just had this happen with my JTV-69 during a gig... the D and B strings just went dead in the middle of a set ( model only, mags still working )! I have only had this guitar 4 months and am still paying it off... Very bummed... Also have the problem with the E strings falling off the neck (string spacing / fret issue). I am starting to regret not shelling out for the US model. It's a real shame, everything else works AWESOME!! I am so committed to using this setup for everything that I got the DT amp and the HD500, heck, I even was so impressed with the tech and sound that I got the M20d for our live sound rig, So far .., again, AWESOME!

But the playability and reliability of this guitar is key to my whole world .. and frankly for $1400 bucks, Korean made or not, I expect not to have these issues.

Help....... PLEASE.....

Don't suppose the fine folks @ Line6 would take this back for rework... let me pay the $2000 difference and send me back a US model ?????

Is it not working with both sets of pickups (mag and piezo), or are the mag pickups working properly?

i changed my strings on my JTV-59 guitar and now the low string does not work
