So unless my memory is wrong it looks like you may have changed it or you started with a tone that was already different from the default? But where ist came from is irrelevant as long as we can get you going . I got tricked by this one several times in the past as I must have changed the setting w/o noticing right away.

Martin

POD HD500 & JTV Variax Problem?

Hey, I'm double posting this in both the POD and Variax forums because I'm not sure what the problem is. Saturday I brought my new JTV59 to practice and played it through my POD HD500 to great results. At a bandmates suggestion, I put down the JTV59 and tried to play one on my regular Fenders and could not get the POD HD to respond, I unplugged every cord/connection, powered down and powered up and the POD would not recognize any regular guitar...it still played the JTV59 fine, but this has me quite concerned. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks in advance
