I thought that would only apply to the amps of V2 and not the ones i'm already allowed to use in V1.

No - the free version of Pod Farm 2.55 is severely restricted in the number of available amps and FX.

I've just downloaded and installed POD FARM 2.55 (The free version).

My old presets are shown but when i select them e.g. the Solo 100 Head is greyed out, which is available in POD FARM 1.12

So can't i use my old presets/gear from 1.12 in 2.55 ?
