1. No (licenses included with purchase belong to the hardware)

if you buy a license from link, you can use it with any ASIO/coreaudio interface with and without your ux2, as that license will belong to your user account and not specific hardware.

I have an old UX2, the red one, and just doenloaded pod farm 2 and I obviously don't have a license so it runs in demo mode. A couple of questions:

1) If I buy a new UX2 this comes with a pod farl license, can I use the SW on both my onld ux2 and the new one?

2) Is there a pod farm upgrade available from gearbox for people with the old ux2?
