Have you tried leaving trails on, and just stomping the delay off? That should give you a buncha delayed repeats while you happily riff away. Setting the mix and feedback settings just right will be the key to making it work right, but that should do it.

Trails is in the global settings menus, if you didn't know.

Hey guys

I have an HD500 for over a year now and I'm very pleased with it! I use my own made presets and I even use it as my mic effects processor (compressor, reverb...)

I tend to create presets in which I use the EXP pedal a lot to control drive, delay, and other...

Anyway, I need help to create, if possible, a preset in wich I'll play a chord rapidly followed by a riff, BUT the chord sound MUST last while playing the riff...all within the same preset. My Idea was to play the chord with a lot of delay, then flick the EXP pedal the other way and let the riff be heard. Trouble is I end up either killing the chord or having tons of unwanted delay on the riff

Am I explaining things clearly? Can you help? is it possible?

THANK YOU!!!!
