This is marked as a question. I will try for the correct answer. I'm fairly presuming the question to be: Why line 6 didn't include some amps? Mark II C has to be one of my most favorite models so I submitted a request like many.

Here's my guess: Line 6 didn't include many amps because at some point they will be selling models packs that include the missing amps.

If any one doubts this, all you have to do is look at the amp model Packs still being sold almost ten years after release. Five-ten years from now they probaly will update the Pocket POD (over 12 years old modeling) to the POCKET POD HD. You gotta love how they milk or squeeze every ounce of a product when they can. My only complaint is I want model packs now (that include a Mark ii C)

It is so strange to hear a complaint abut the dual-rec model, especially an opinion that it 'sounds like crap'. Last year, my brother and I got seven guitarists together (my brother and I included) and compared the dual-rec models of the Pod HD 500 and the Axe-FX.

NOTE: Allow me to insert here that I believe that these are both fine units, each with their strengths and weaknesses (and one of them seriously over-priced :). This is not to compare the two and has nothing to do with which is better, etc. This is strictly about their respective dual-rec models.

The end result was that all seven guitarists, including the owner of the Axe-FX, agreed that the dual-rec model in the Pod unit was the superior of the two. One of the guitarists present is an owner of a dual-rec, and reported that the model was the most realistic amp model he'd ever heard. So again, the comment surprises me.

meambobbo: THANK YOU! I believe that I am only one of many that greatly appreciates the many fine presets, as well as the valuable information that you have shared with the community. Rock on, bro.
