Monkey will help you do that even though it does not yet recognize the HD500 - just select the HD500 as the target device when Monkey launches. Then follow Monkey's instructions carefully re: when to connect/disconnect your HD500.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After installing the driver Mnkey should then recognize the device and help you download and install the rest of the software (HD500 firmware, HD500 Edit).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:ac6da83a-3796-4da8-9a5d-78aa8b4dd0a1] --&gt;</description>

      <title>Issues with the POD HD 500</title>

I was logged in under my user name and I have registered the POD on the Line6 website. I originally did all of this on a different computer that comppletely died a few months back. Could this be an issue?
