Quickest way is to re-select the patch. For instance, say you're on Bank 1 Patch A, you add an EQ in and decide you don't like it, simply stomp on switch A again, and you're back to the saved patch.

I actually use that when playing live sometimes, as I have "tails" turned on, so if I turn a delay on and then off, the trail of the echo will remain. But, instead, if I re-select the patch, it goes quiet instantly.

I don't but when I go to ther tones or even turn the unit off the * tone still remains altered !!

Whenever a tone is tweeked it becomes *, how to backtrack to the tones orriginal settings ???
