There is no change to the sound or gain. The 2 dB difference in dynamic range essentially means that the G30 has 2 dB more noise than the G50. But that noise is 118 dB lower than the maximum signal.

A couple of examples ...

A CD has a dynamic range of 96 dB

Typical guitar amps have between 75-95 dB of dynamic range

Likewise the difference in connectors is simply locking or not. No change to the sound.

I have 2 question about the difference between the g30 and the g50 wireless systems. First, in the specs, the dynamic range of the g30 is 118dB and the g50 is at 120dB. What does this mean and does it make a difference in overall tone/gain? Second, the g30 uses a 1/4-inch unbalanced input and the g50 uses the TA4F connection. Why is that and what is the difference? Also, again how does the affect the overall tone/gain?
