Line 6 has participated in NAMM every year since I've been around here. And last year NAMM was where they made the big announcement re: the Live Sound products line (StageSource / StageScape). So I'm not sure I agree with you about that.

But to get to your question - Line 6 has already stated that they will announce details of a new JTV guitar, as well as a new JTV models update providing HD versions of the guitar modeling. (See the News section of this website - link at bottom of page). They are also on record (last fall) of projecting updates to the Live Sound product line early in 2013. I kind of expect a NAMM announcement of that as well.

As for the HD series, I expect that will come later - so, depending on how far away your 'corner' is, the next update (if there is one) may or may not be just around it.

Everytime I read about a new release, I start going bat sh*&*t thinking about the when, the why and where...............I'm relatively happly with the HD500 as it sits. Sure, it would be nice to get something new and free. But as I said I go Bat Shizzzzzzz. So I hear nothing, see nothing, expect nothing lallalalalalalalalalalala

The announcement for the 2.1 update disappearred and Namm is around the corner. It seems like it would be the the thing to do to keep customers happy when many new products being announced by other companies in NAMM considering that line 6 rarely ever participate. What do you guys think?
