Maybe with a combination of the Filter and Pitch fxs, like Octisynth, Synth-o-matic, Pitch Glide etc.

I've been listening to Jordan Rudess a lot lately..amazing musician

at 2:14 till 2:45 there's a sound (it seems like a synth) is it possible to get something similar from the pod on the guitar?
