I think on most of the delays, the setting where the level of the dry and repeated signal are equal to one another is somewhere around 60-75%. It varies model to model, but the level knob for the delays behaves differently than the mix knob for the reverb does. With reverb, the dry level remains the same until the very end of the knob where it gives you 100% wet and 0% dry.
