Hmmm.... I heared in cubase, sound is clearly once.

OMG. I solved the problem!!!!!

fflbrgst is correct!! Thank you very much!!

The problem is direct signal.

After unchecking the "listen through this device" in the windows sound settings, I only can hear it once.

You said its happening in 'stand alone' mode, but I suspect what RealZap says is basically correct - you have direct monitoring enabled on whatever input device/interface you are using so you are hearing the direct signal PLUS the signal going through PodFarm (with a slight latency delay on it).

sounds like you have monitoring enabled in cubase... so you are hearing everything twice....

Thank you for your answer.

Hardware setting means this screenshot.

I have moved tonedirect& USB audio streaming all position and changed ASIO setting all choices. but still rings twice.

I don't know what i am doing.

Hi,

When you said hardware setting, did you mean the buffer size?

I was not sure if you had done this so I will say what to do below:

Open Pod Farm Standalone and go to 'File', then 'Preferences', then 'Hardware', then 'Tone direct settings'

and go to where it says 'Tone direct and usb audio streaming'. Then move the sliding knob/lever to the along to the left. Then play your guitar. If the sound is stopping and starting or making pop noises, then move the slider to the right one place until it sounds better.

I am not sure what else could be doing this.

I hope you get it working.

Let me know if it still is not working.

Maybe someone else has some ideas about what could be the cause of this problem.

Hi.

Before my computer have been format, I have no problem.

but yesterday I got format and reinstalled pod farm2, it had latency and delay.

I hit the string once, it sounds "ding~ ding" ring twice. (it sounds like turn on delay.)

and it have latency. (change hardware setting, this problem still...)

But I run cubase 5 and vsti farm2, it is no problem. no latency, no delay.

just POD Farm2 run stand alone, it has problem.

I don't no what is reason. I want to run POD Farm2 stand alone. help please.

and sorry my english. but line6 hompage in Korea hasn't require the question.
