My Line 6 Variax has the following problem.

I put the selector in the position "Acustic" and put the microphone switch at position 4. This sound is 12-string guitar. When I play the string 2 does not reproduce this effect. This also happens in the E string and the position of microphone 2. What is the problem?. Thanks.
